Of course LIVE is also difficult when there is illness, internet problems or absence due to circumstances. MASTER TIP: Always record a version of your presentation even if you choose to present LIVE.

Of course is our team also present in the chat and supports you during the LIVE session. You probably have questions. We understand that. Just get in touch!

LIVE WEBINAR

Emphasis on interaction. Work in break-out rooms.

REPLAY

Looking back at any time. Your shared knowledge remains relevant, even after the conference has ended.

PRE RECORDED

Below you will find some tips on the best way to get started.

Length

Pre-Recording Check-List

Use a quality microhone

Laptop mics and Apple Earbuds aren't up to scratch. Use a quality mic and ensure the world can clearly hear what you have to say.

Use a quality webcam

Body language is 55% of communication so share your video feed.

Quiet place

Recording in a small quiet space is best, with no background noise. Big, ventilated offices are the worst for recording.

Silence notifications

Emails, phones ringing, Slack notifications, Skype - make sure you have nothing to distract your audience.

Record your talk via Zoom

You can create an account for free and then send us your recording link. Check out Zoom Support for how to record via Zoom.

Local recording

Decide on a Giveaway

You’re more than welcome to promote a special offer, giveaway, or your website at the end of your talk to make it easy for people to connect with you.

Enjoy!

Your audience will react to your energy. So ramp it up, have fun and deliver what you love - and your audience will love it too.

MIX

A healthy mix of both options is also nice. Not the risk of live but contact with your audience.

You can do this in several ways:

First, you can set up a second conference (live), immediately after your first (pre-recorded) presentation, and turn it into your Live Q&A. In the recording, you can remind listeners and viewers of the Q&A at the end of the presentation.

For example, if you choose to use BigMarker, you have the option to add a LIVE Q&A session. It is all treated as one conversation!

Second, you can answer questions from attendees during the chat conversation. You can also indicate in the (pre-recorded) presentation that you will be in the chat to answer questions.

Q&A

Answer questions during a Question and Answer session.
